So I flaked out on the Bike thing today.
I switched myself to a virtual rider and spent a good day at home with the kids and Mike.
I decided at the last second that what I need to do to get across that finish line is get serious about getting my legs and core in shape and get on the bike at LEAST 3 days a week and push 10 miles or more each time.
So for now it's my plan to do Boot Camp Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Bike Monday Wed and Friday with Sunday off.
Until the weather gets too cold to bike that's my plan.
Of course I can't get started this week because it's supposed to rain all week AGAIN. I'll do Boot Camp all this week...
